About - Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed

Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed is a prominent real estate developer in Bangalore. He began his career as a GSA for Gulf Air in 1990. As a commerce graduate, Mr.Zulfiqar has extensive experience in various sectors including aviation, industrial project management, real estate, and human resources. He has completed several projects in Bangalore and has accumulated over 25 years ofexperience.

Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmed khan is a well-known social activist in Karnataka and hasserved as Chairman of the HAJJ COMMITTEE. Zulfiqar has excellent problem-solving skills and the patience to listen to issues within and outside the organization. About - Mr.Rajesh EM

Mr. Rajesh EM has over 20 years of experience in both operational and advisory roles. Prior to his current position, Rajesh was the CEO and COO of Cloud Aero Solutions in Dubai, Where he was responsible for global delivery, business development, and client services. Born in Trivandrum, Kerala, Rajesh has traveled widely to countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Thailand, Iran, UAE, Hong Kong, Russia,and Australia, where he obtained his Certificate IV in Aviation from Zauri Aviation in Albury.

Experiences

His experience spans organizational strategy, customer relationship management,corporate governance, risk management, and operations. As a founding member of ABC Aviation, he has been responsible for the company's high-touch customer relationship and delivery excellence model. After completing his education, he worked as a consultant for the Ministry of Civil Aviation (India) and the Director General of Civil Aviation (India). Mr. Rajesh has assisted several airlines in preparing thenecessary documents and approvals from the Ministry of Civil Aviation (India), which includes manual preparations, security clearances, and bilateral agreements. Mr. Rajesh was instrumental in the government's decision to include regional airlines in FDI limits (Foreign Direct Investments)

Mr. Rajesh has expertise in various areas including negotiation, purchasing, policy analysis/strategic planning, special operations/tactics, regulatory/policy compliance, aviation safety, teambuilding/motivation, emergency response/planning, process development/integration, long/short-term planning, presentations/speaking, instruction/facilitation, program administration, programmanagement, procurement, allocation/utilization, conflict resolution, protocol management, andtendering. He currently provides aircraft leasing consultancy and government liaison services forvarious international airlines. Some of his clients include Air Arabia, Flynas Airlines, Lion Air, JetAirways, Air Costa, Mongolian Airlines, Qatar Airways, Elix Aviation, and GECAS.

About - Mr.Sudhakar Pai

Sudhakar Pai, Chairman of Manipal Group is an influential educator and entrepreneur based in Manipal, recognized for his significant contributions to the field of education and his dedication to community development. He completed his graduatation from Sydneham College of Commerce & Economics (B Com. Hons)
